HOA Dues are currently $80 per year. Currently, we use PayPal to invoice as many neighbors as possible in November, with dues owed by the end of the calendar year to cover the next calendar year. You may also send a check to our Treasurer. Checks are payable to WHOA and may be mailed to Erin Hackett, 3 Repa Drive. Dues include covering a portion of sidewalk snow removal and therefore are subject to change as costs change.
Yes! We keep a neighborhood directory via Google Sheets so we have everyone's contact information and to keep neighbors connected. Please email us to request access to the shared document and/or with any updates.
No. What is generally considered to be the Lang Farm Neighborhood, dwellings past the 4 way stop sign on Essex Way, is comprised of 3 HOAs.
1) We, Woodlands at Lang Farm, covers: Lang Dr, Lida Dr, Hagan, Dr, and Repa Dr,
2) Woodlands Glen at Lang Farm covers: Sydney Dr., Bashaw Dr., and Debra Dr.

Essex Town uses SeeClickFix for any items needing attention by the town. Examples: a tree that is downed across the roadway, sidewalk issues, maintenance to the woods surrounding the bike path that is town land (including trimming branches hanging over the sidewalk).
The responsibility for reporting falls on individuals and not the the HOA.
